ch g ACCOAST (M Krishna) which subsequently ran detached from the field was examined by the Veterinary Officer who reported that the gelding returned with bleeding cut injury on  right hind.  Tr.             App B Srinivas Rao when afforded an opportunity to explain the running of his mount SUAVEMENTE, stated that he was instructed to place his mount along with the early leaders of the race and to do his best thereafter.  However, he was tardily out of the gates due to the fact that the horse was leaning back when the start was effected and thereafter on jumping out of the gates he was unable to  position his mount as instructed due to the crowding of the field.  Tr. D Karki corroborated the instructions given  and voiced his displeasure in the manner in which his mount was handled by the apprentice.  The Stipendiary Stewards after reviewing the CCTV replay of the race and taking into consideration that the horse had not raced for a period of over four months decided to take no further action beyond advising App B Srinivas Rao be more alert at the start.
